Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience in building AI agents and automated AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and n8n workflow automation, and be capable of integrating intelligent systems into real-world business applications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of task execution, decision-making, and tool usage</li><li>Build and maintain n8n workflows for AI-driven automation</li><li>Integrate AI agents with:</li><li>Internal systems (ERP, CRM, databases)</li><li>Third-party APIs and services</li><li>Develop LLM-powered solutions such as chatbots, assistants, and process automation tools</li><li>Implement prompt engineering, agent memory, and multi-step reasoning flows</li><li>Build and consume REST APIs for AI integrations</li><li>Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows</li><li>Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems</li><li>Document AI workflows, agent logic, and integrations</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsExperience<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Automation Engineer</li></ul>Core Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Python</li><li>Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn</li><li>Solid understanding of data handling, statistics, and ML fundamentals</li></ul>AI, LLMs &amp; Agents<ul><li>Hands-on experience building AI agents</li><li>Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)</li><li>Strong prompt engineering skills</li><li>Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines</li><li>Familiarity with agent frameworks such as:</li><li>LangChain</li><li>LlamaIndex</li><li>or similar tools</li></ul>Automation &amp; Workflows<ul><li>Proven experience working with n8n workflow automation</li><li>Experience building:</li><li>Event-driven workflows</li><li>Webhook-based automations</li><li>Scheduled (cron) workflows</li><li>Ability to orchestrate workflows involving LLMs + APIs + databases</li></ul>APIs &amp; Backend<ul><li>Experience building and consuming REST APIs</li><li>Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask</li><li>Experience integrating AI systems with databases (SQL / NoSQL)</li></ul>Nice to Have (Plus Points)<ul><li>Experience with self-hosted n8n deployments</li><li>Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Docker and basic cloud deployments</li><li>Familiarity with MLOps concepts</li><li>Experience with Zapier / Make.com in addition to n8n</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Self-driven and eager to learn new technologies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
