Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience in building AI agents and automated AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and n8n workflow automation, and be capable of integrating intelligent systems into real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of task execution, decision-making, and tool usage
• Build and maintain n8n workflows for AI-driven automation
• Integrate AI agents with:
• Internal systems (ERP, CRM, databases)
• Third-party APIs and services
• Develop LLM-powered solutions such as chatbots, assistants, and process automation tools
• Implement prompt engineering, agent memory, and multi-step reasoning flows
• Build and consume REST APIs for AI integrations
• Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems
• Document AI workflows, agent logic, and integrations

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Automation Engineer

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of data handling, statistics, and ML fundamentals

AI, LLMs & Agents

• Hands-on experience building AI agents
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LlamaIndex
• or similar tools

Automation & Workflows

• Proven experience working with n8n workflow automation
• Experience building:
• Event-driven workflows
• Webhook-based automations
• Scheduled (cron) workflows
• Ability to orchestrate workflows involving LLMs + APIs + databases

APIs & Backend

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience integrating AI systems with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Experience with self-hosted n8n deployments
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Experience with Docker and basic cloud deployments
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts
• Experience with Zapier / Make.com in addition to n8n

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-driven and eager to learn new technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
