Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Karachi and surrounding areas.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop new B2B customers for cutlery products in assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality industry clients to promote products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, tableware, kitchenware or related industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be Karachi-based with good market knowledge of wholesalers and retailers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelors preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Motorcycle and valid driving license required.

Sales Representative

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 Darson Industries is looking for a Cost Accountant &amp; Costing Process Lead to help us take control of our product costing across all departments. This is a strategic role focused on building cost visibility, improving pricing accuracy, and enabling data-driven cost reductions across our automotive and industrial product lines.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement and continuously improve product and process cost templates for all product lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with departments to collect and verify cost components (materials, labor, overheads, machine hours).
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly update cost data in alignment with BOM changes, price fluctuations, and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures across procurement, production, and sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead monthly cost review meetings with department heads to review costing accuracy and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support quoting/pricing decisions with accurate cost data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate cost tracking and analysis with ERP system (NetSuite).
 </li>
 <li>
 Train departments on costing principles and reporting formats.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CA/ACMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing costing role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of BOMs, process costing, activity-based costing, and overhead allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
