Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Polymer Engineer to join our team in Wazirabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting material testing and supporting production operations. Experience in the rubber or automotive industry will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Polymer Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in the rubber or automotive industry is a plus
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve polymer manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Conduct material testing, analysis and performance evaluation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation of processes and test results
