Junior Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary: Allauddin & Sons, a pioneer in industrial pumps and machinery since 1980, is looking for two (02) energetic and motivated Fresh Mechanical Engineering Graduates. Initially, the selected candidates will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management, and vendor query support. This is an excellent opportunity to learn this technical aspects of industrial pumps while understanding the commercial side of the engineering business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing our extensive stock of pumps, spares and accessories in the ware house.

- Vendor Support: Handle technical queries from vendors and suppliers regarding part specifications and availability.

- Technical Documentation: Maintain records of incoming and outgoing machinery and ensure quality assurance standards are met.

- Coordination: Coordinate between the procurement team and the workshop to ensure the timely availability of parts for repair and fabrication projects.

- Client Interaction: Support the sales team by providing technical information for client inquiries.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply)

- Skills: Basic understanding of industrial pumps (Centrifugal, Diaphragm, Slurry,, etc)

- Strong communication skills (written and Verbal) for vendor handling.

- Proficiency in MS Office: (Excel is a must for inventory tracking)

- Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a warehouse/workshop environment.

- Attention to detail: Ability to identify specific engineering components and spare parts accurately.
