<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of enterprise sales experience in IT Systems Integration, with a strong track record of selling technology solutions to Public Sector, Energy (Oil &amp; Gas, Utilities), and BFSI customers in Oman.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of technology business development and/or consulting sales experience, with the ability to engage directly with CXOs, senior government officials, banking executives, and decision-makers within the energy sector.</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, and preferably Microsoft solutions.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in enterprise solution selling, strategic account management, and partner-led sales.</li>
<li>Experience in selling consulting services, managed services, cloud solutions, and business applications tailored to industry-specific requirements.</li>
<li>Strong experience in B2B, B2G, and enterprise account management with demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles.</li>
</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Mandatory Qualifications &amp; Certifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Sales or Business Management certifications will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Sales/Business certifications from at least one public cloud provider (Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud) are preferred.</li>
</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Drive new business acquisition across Public Sector, Energy, and BFSI accounts within the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers and decision-makers to achieve revenue and profitability targets.</li>
<li>Sell IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, data &amp; AI, managed services, and consulting solutions.</li>
<li>Drive cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives aligned with customer business objectives.</li>
<li>Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technology partners, internal pre-sales teams, and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to develop winning solutions and proposals.</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, RFPs/tenders, and deal closure.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.</li>
</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Skills</b></h3>
<ul><li>Strong enterprise account management and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Proven experience selling technology solutions to Public Sector, Energy, and BFSI customers.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of public cloud technologies, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to engage and influence C-level executives, senior government officials, banking leaders, and other key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed Centres of Excellence (COEs).</li>
