Key Responsibilities1. Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best rates and quality.</li><li>Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Compare quotations and maintain a vendor rate list.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for order status, pending deliveries, and replacements.</li><li>Ensure all purchases are as per company standards and approved item list.</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Store Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock levels (Minimum&ndash;Maximum Stock levels).</li><li>Daily stock inward/outward entry in software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, Zoho, etc.).</li><li>Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits with the kitchen and accounts team.</li><li>Track expiry, slow-moving, and non-moving items.</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per FSSAI norms.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and purchase records.</li><li>Verify bills with purchase orders and hand over to accounts for payment.</li><li>Update daily MIS reports and consumption sheets.</li></ul>4. Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with kitchen, outlet managers, and central kitchen for requirements.</li><li>Support operations by ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and disposables.</li><li>Liaise with logistics department for dispatch planning.</li></ul>5. Cost Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Monitor wastage, pilferage, and variances.</li><li>Ensure purchasing within budget limits.</li><li>Follow SOPs for procurement and stock handling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,819.09 - &#8377;22,185.57 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
