Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best rates and quality.
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Compare quotations and maintain a vendor rate list.
  • Follow up with suppliers for order status, pending deliveries, and replacements.
  • Ensure all purchases are as per company standards and approved item list.

2. Inventory & Store Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels (Minimum–Maximum Stock levels).
  • Daily stock inward/outward entry in software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, Zoho, etc.).
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits with the kitchen and accounts team.
  • Track expiry, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per FSSAI norms.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and purchase records.
  • Verify bills with purchase orders and hand over to accounts for payment.
  • Update daily MIS reports and consumption sheets.

4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with kitchen, outlet managers, and central kitchen for requirements.
  • Support operations by ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and disposables.
  • Liaise with logistics department for dispatch planning.

5. Cost Control & Compliance

  • Monitor wastage, pilferage, and variances.
  • Ensure purchasing within budget limits.
  • Follow SOPs for procurement and stock handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,819.09 - ₹22,185.57 per month
