Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best rates and quality.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Compare quotations and maintain a vendor rate list.
- Follow up with suppliers for order status, pending deliveries, and replacements.
- Ensure all purchases are as per company standards and approved item list.
2. Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels (Minimum–Maximum Stock levels).
- Daily stock inward/outward entry in software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, Zoho, etc.).
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits with the kitchen and accounts team.
- Track expiry, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per FSSAI norms.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and purchase records.
- Verify bills with purchase orders and hand over to accounts for payment.
- Update daily MIS reports and consumption sheets.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, outlet managers, and central kitchen for requirements.
- Support operations by ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and disposables.
- Liaise with logistics department for dispatch planning.
5. Cost Control & Compliance
- Monitor wastage, pilferage, and variances.
- Ensure purchasing within budget limits.
- Follow SOPs for procurement and stock handling.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹18,819.09 - ₹22,185.57 per month
