You will monitor campaign performance, interpret GA4 audience data, track trends, and</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Manage and analyze paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital</div><div>
platforms.</div><div>
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and</div><div>
optimize for efficiency.</div><div>
Review and interpret Google Analytics 4 (GA4) audience data to identify trends and user</div><div>
behavior insights.</div><div>
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve SEO strategy and audience</div><div>
engagement.</div><div>
Create detailed performance reports and dashboards that summarize marketing KPIs.</div><div>
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to align insights with business</div><div>
goals.</div><div>
Track conversions, user journeys, and attribution models to measure campaign impact.</div><div>
Identify emerging trends, audience shifts, and competitive benchmarks to inform future</div><div>

Required Qualifications</b></div><div>
7+ years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketer, or</div><div>
similar role.</div><div>
Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, tracking,</div><div>
optimization).</div><div>
Strong experience with tools like GA4, CallRail, HubSpot, Salesforce, VWO, SEMrush,</div><div>
GTM, and Google Search Console, Excel</div><div>
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) &mdash; audience segmentation, funnel</div><div>
tracking, trend observation.</div><div>
Strong understanding of SEO analytics (keyword trends, audience behavior, SERP</div><div>
performance).</div><div>
Strong analytical and storytelling skills - ability to turn numbers into actionable strategies.</div><div>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Skills</b></div><div>
Knowledge of UTM tracking, conversion pixels, and tag management systems (e.g.,</div><div>
GTM).</div><div>
Experience with attribution modeling and multi-channel performance analysis.</div><div>
