Role : Senior Audience Development Strategist

Location: Hyderabad
Note: The default working hours are 5pm – 2am.
Experience Required: 6+ years in audience development, SEO, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Audience Growth Strategy: Partner with client teams to analyze audience data, identify
trends, and develop strategic plans to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations for audience growth.
  • Insight-Driven Roadmaps: Conduct audits to assess client needs, set growth goals,
and create detailed 3-month roadmaps focused on audience acquisition and
engagement strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track audience metrics, monitor KPIs,
and generate custom reports for regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on
progress and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a small team dedicated to audience development, providing
oversight and technical direction to optimize engagement and growth initiatives.
Skills:
  • Data & Analytics: Strong Excel skills for data modeling and reporting. Able to interpret
data to build actionable audience insights.
  • SEO & UX: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and user experience practices to enhance
audience engagement.
  • Client Relations: Strong communicator who can engage with clients, understand their
goals, and deliver effective solutions.

Tools to be good at:

  • SemRush, AHrefs, Screaming Frog and Uber Suggests
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required
  • In depth knowledge of Google Search, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
(implementation and usage)
  • Visualization tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of tools like chartbeat, parsley is a plus
