We are seeking a Cloud &amp; DevOps Engineer who can manage cloud infrastructure and drive deployment automation across mission&#8209;critical systems.Role SummaryThe Cloud &amp; DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure while also building and automating CI/CD pipelines. The role combines cloud engineering, automation, release management, monitoring, and environment security. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Azure, DevOps tooling, infrastructure-as-code, networking, and application deployment automation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure (App Services, VNets, Storage, VMs)</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions</li><li>Manage networking components including subnets, firewalls, load balancers, NSGs, and routing</li><li>Build and maintain automated deployment workflows for .NET and containerized applications</li><li>Implement infrastructure-as-code using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform</li><li>Configure and manage Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, and identity governance</li><li>Deploy and manage Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, caching layers, and other data services</li><li>Build and manage container registries, Docker images, and automated release pipelines</li><li>Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, dashboards, and performance insights using Azure Monitor</li><li>Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and CIS hardening requirements</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability</li><li>Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project teams for successful end&#8209;to&#8209;end delivery</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related fields</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security)</li><li>Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release automation, and DevOps workflows</li><li>Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, and container services</li><li>Strong understanding of networking concepts: load balancers, routing, subnets, VPN, NSG</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)</li><li>Proficiency with Docker, registries, automated build pipelines</li><li>Strong understanding of identity and access management with Azure AD/Entra ID</li><li>Knowledge of monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and operational stability</li><li>Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash)</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Qatar or relocate</li><li>Applicants must attach valid Microsoft certificates (AZ&#8209;104, AZ&#8209;400, AZ&#8209;700, AZ&#8209;305, AZ&#8209;500, or equivalent) with their CV</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience with AKS and container orchestration</li><li>Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and CIS benchmarks</li><li>Experience with hybrid cloud or on&#8209;prem connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute)</li><li>Knowledge of cost optimization and FinOps practices</li><li>Experience supporting government environments or secure deployments</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time on-site role in Doha, Qatar</li><li>Competitive salary with relocation assistance</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-security government platforms</li><li>Modern engineering environment using Azure &amp; Microsoft ecosystem</li><li>Training, certifications, and continuous professional development</li><li>Supportive and collaborative engineering culture</li></ul>How to ApplyApplicants must send their CV with &ldquo;Microsoft Certificates&rdquo; toweb-support@dataline-qa.com (Applications submitted through Indeed will not be considered; only email applications will be reviewed).Subject line: &ldquo;Cloud &amp; DevOps Engineer &ndash; Qatar&rdquo;Applications without Microsoft certificates will not be considered.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
