Sales & Business Development Executive – IT Services

Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting and selling IT services, including website development, mobile application development, and related digital solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and closing sales in line with targets and quotas set by management.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell IT and digital services, including:

o Website design and development

o Mobile application development

o Software solutions, system enhancements, and technical support

· Generate new business opportunities through: client visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels

· Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients

· Understand client requirements and liaise with technical teams to propose suitable solutions

· Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts for management approval

· Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales contracts

· Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas assigned by management

· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business

· Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and contracts

· Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management

· Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, tenders, and business events

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

· Proven experience in sales or business development within IT services or digital solutions

· Knowledge of the Qatar / GCC market and local business practices is an advantage

· Strong communication and negotiation skills in English

o Arabic is an advantage

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
