About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).</li><li>Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.</li><li>Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.</li><li>Coordinate interviews (online/offline) and follow up with candidates.</li><li>Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and background checks.</li><li>Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Support HR operations as required (documentation, employee queries, etc.).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech / IT / Corporate hiring).</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,331.90 - &#8377;30,408.55 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
