About the Company

We are a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on empowering students and working professionals through industry-relevant training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.

 Counsel students and working professionals about courses and career opportunities.

 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs.

 Explain course features, curriculum, fees, and career benefits clearly.

 Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

 Coordinate with the operations and academic team for smooth onboarding.

 Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline.

 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling / Tele Sales (EdTech experience preferred).

 Strong communication and convincing skills.

 Target-oriented and self-motivated.

 Good negotiation and closing skills.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,119.67 - ₹45,828.88 per month
