We are a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on empowering students and working professionals through industry-relevant training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Counsel students and working professionals about courses and career opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs.
Explain course features, curriculum, fees, and career benefits clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with the operations and academic team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling / Tele Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,119.67 - ₹45,828.88 per month
