We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion within the dynamic Indian market, based in our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in forging new partnerships, driving revenue growth, and establishing Qureos as the leading career acceleration platform in the region.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and building a strong client base. Your key duties will include:

 

  • Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in India.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients, including corporations, start-ups, and educational institutions, to understand their talent acquisition and development needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of Qureos's AI-powered platform, mentorship programmes, and project-based learning solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with the needs of the local market.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for technology and career development. Key qualifications include:

 

  • Proven track record of success in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably within the HR Tech, EdTech, SaaS, or recruitment industry.
  • A strong understanding of the business landscape and professional network within Delhi and the broader Indian market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • A self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
