This is a Full-Time position for a results-driven professional who will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and driving significant revenue growth. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and track results.
• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite and Gem Portal.
• A commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
