We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Design eye-catching graphics and visuals independently (Canva / Adobe / similar tools)</li><li>Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and generate leads</li><li>Monitor, respond, and engage with the audience to grow community</li><li>Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI</li><li>Develop and execute a monthly content calendar</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management (1&ndash;3 years preferred)</li><li>Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns and lead generation</li><li>Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)</li><li>Strong written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
