Social Media Manager

Are you a creative, data-driven social media enthusiast who knows how to grow brands online? We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals independently (Canva / Adobe / similar tools)
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and generate leads
• Monitor, respond, and engage with the audience to grow community
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management (1–3 years preferred)
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns and lead generation
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
