This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.You&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for our customers&mdash;whether they&rsquo;re calling in or you&rsquo;re reaching out to them&mdash;so we&rsquo;re looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, confident in conversations, and brings a bit of that &ldquo;Nebraska Nice&rdquo; to every interaction.The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Confidently make outbound calls to customers to schedule service and maintenance</li><li>Dispatch and schedule multiple technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and skillset</li><li>Gather accurate customer and job information and enter it into company systems</li><li>Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for scheduling, communication, and basic tracking</li><li>Utilize tools like Google Maps to help optimize technician routes</li><li>Manage calendars and appointment scheduling</li><li>Provide timely follow-up and clear communication with customers</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate records</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForConfident Communicator<ul><li>Comfortable speaking with customers all day&mdash;both inbound and outbound</li><li>Able to guide conversations, ask the right questions, and build trust quickly</li></ul>Highly Organized Problem Solver<ul><li>Able to &ldquo;play Tetris&rdquo; with a schedule&mdash;balancing technicians, locations, and urgent calls as they come in</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift throughout the day</li><li>Thinks on their feet and enjoys solving moving puzzle-type challenges</li></ul>Strong Computer Skills<ul><li>Comfortable navigating multiple programs at once</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Able to perform online searches and use tools like Google Maps efficiently</li><li>General computer confidence&mdash;able to learn new systems quickly</li></ul>Professional &amp; Personable<ul><li>Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure</li><li>Represents the company well in every customer interaction</li></ul>What Success Looks Like in This Role<ul><li>Technicians stay on schedule and jobs are routed efficiently</li><li>Customers feel informed, taken care of, and confident in our service</li><li>Phones, schedules, and follow-ups are handled proactively&mdash;not reactively</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
