Learn more at www.menudesigns.com.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, customers, and production for print-related projects</li><li>Assist with estimating and quoting small and large format print jobs</li><li>Process orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution</li><li>Coordinate artwork, specifications, and project timelines to meet customer expectations</li><li>Collaborate with design, production, and purchasing teams to ensure project success</li><li>Review files for print readiness and coordinate revisions when necessary</li><li>Monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal teams</li><li>Support the growth and efficiency of the print department</li><li>Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and customer communications</li><li>Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; experience with Epicor is a plus</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is preferred</li><li>Ability to interpret print specifications, materials, and production processes</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Experience in the printing or graphics industry is highly desirable</li><li>Experience with small format, large format, or digital printing is a strong advantage</li><li>Background in estimating, project coordination, or print production is a plus</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding division</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
