Menu Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Print & Design Coordinator to support and expand our growing print department in St. Augustine, Florida. This role serves as a key liaison between the sales team, customers, and production, ensuring print projects are accurately estimated, processed, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, customers, and production for print-related projects
  • Assist with estimating and quoting small and large format print jobs
  • Process orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Coordinate artwork, specifications, and project timelines to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with design, production, and purchasing teams to ensure project success
  • Review files for print readiness and coordinate revisions when necessary
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal teams
  • Support the growth and efficiency of the print department
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and customer communications
  • Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; experience with Epicor is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is preferred
  • Ability to interpret print specifications, materials, and production processes

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in the printing or graphics industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with small format, large format, or digital printing is a strong advantage
  • Background in estimating, project coordination, or print production is a plus
