We are committed to providing clear guidance, responsive communication, and practical legal solutions tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Case Manager to support our attorneys across multiple practice areas, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior paralegal experience, especially in personal injury, experience as a caseworker or social worker, and/or hands-on experience with probate and estate matters.This role is ideal for someone who combines technical legal knowledge with a client-centered approach, particularly those with backgrounds in personal injury case management, social work, or client advocacy who are comfortable guiding clients through complex and often sensitive legal processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage case files from intake through resolution, with a focus on probate, estate administration, and dependency and neglect matters</li><li>Assist in preparing and filing probate documents, estate inventories, court filings, and related pleadings</li><li>Draft legal documents including contracts, motions, correspondence, and estate planning materials</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout their case</li><li>Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and court filings to ensure compliance</li><li>Assist attorneys with business transactions, litigation support, and client meetings</li><li>Conduct legal research and summarize findings</li><li>Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case records</li></ul>Required / Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior paralegal experience strongly preferred</li><li>Experience in probate, estate administration, or estate planning highly preferred</li><li>Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience</li><li>Background in social work, case management, human services, or client advocacy is a strong plus</li><li>Experience working in a law firm, court system, or legal aid environment preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A candidate who brings practical legal experience, especially in probate and estate work</li><li>Someone who is compassionate and client-focused, particularly when working with families navigating difficult situations</li><li>A self-starter who can take ownership of cases and work independently when needed</li><li>A collaborative team member who thrives in a small firm environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented workplace</li></ul>Why Join Davis Law, LLC?You&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience across a range of practice areas while playing a key role in helping clients through important life and business decisions.
