We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team.Position Summary: The Groundskeeper/Porter plays a vital role in ensuring our community looks its best every day. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property&rsquo;s outdoor spaces, common areas, and amenities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain the cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, courtyards, and pool decks.</li><li>Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter around the property.</li><li>Sweep, blow, or pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas.</li><li>Assist with minor landscaping tasks such as watering plants, trimming bushes, and raking leaves.</li><li>Clean and restock restrooms in common areas as needed.</li><li>Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the Property Manager.</li><li>Assist with set-up and clean-up for community events as needed.</li><li>Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or maintenance roles preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.</li><li>Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
