We are an apartment community committed to providing our residents with a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Groundskeeper/Porter plays a vital role in ensuring our community looks its best every day. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s outdoor spaces, common areas, and amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, courtyards, and pool decks.
• Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter around the property.
• Sweep, blow, or pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas.
• Assist with minor landscaping tasks such as watering plants, trimming bushes, and raking leaves.
• Clean and restock restrooms in common areas as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
• Assist with set-up and clean-up for community events as needed.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or maintenance roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
