In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for dispensing medicines, guiding customers on usage and dosage, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations. You will play a key role in upholding the Dawaa Dost promise &mdash; trust, transparency, and affordability in healthcare.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Accurately dispense prescribed and over-the-counter medicines to customers.</li><li>Verify prescriptions, check drug interactions, and ensure proper dosage instructions are provided.</li><li>Educate customers about medicine usage, side effects, and storage as per guidelines.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with Drug &amp; Cosmetics Act and other regulations.</li><li>Manage stock levels, expiry checks, and daily inventory reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure the store display, storage, and handling of medicines meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, billing, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operational flow.</li><li>Uphold the brand&rsquo;s values of affordability, authenticity, and ethical practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).</li><li>Valid Pharmacist License registered under the State Pharmacy Council.</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of generic medicines, dosage forms, and regulations.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in shift-based retail environments and maintain service excellence.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application)<ul><li>Experience with POS systems or pharmacy management software (e.g., GoFrugal, Marg, or Tally).</li><li>Knowledge of generic substitution and cost-effective medicine alternatives.</li><li>Basic understanding of inventory management and store audits.</li><li>Passion for customer service and community health awareness.</li></ul>Our Core Values<ul><li>1&gt;0</li><li>Customer Obsession</li><li>Ownership</li><li>Hunger to Learn</li><li>Think Big, Dream Bigger</li><li>Trust &amp; Respect</li></ul>Ready to Join the Crew?If you&rsquo;re a dedicated pharmacist who wants to make a real difference in people&rsquo;s lives &mdash; by promoting affordable, accessible healthcare &mdash; Dawaa Dost is the place for you!Apply Now and be a part of our mission to make quality medicines available to every household.
