 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the hub of office operations &ndash; answering and directing incoming calls, managing shipments through FedEx and UPS, and keeping the office organized and running smoothly
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to both onsite staff and remote employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead a large-scale document digitization project &ndash; scanning, organizing, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Support accounting and finance administration through Zoho, including invoice processing, data entry, financial record maintenance, and reporting &ndash; this side of the role will expand as you get settled in
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Zoho experience is a strong plus; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting/business software also considered
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with standard office technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and customer service skills &ndash; you&rsquo;ll be the first voice callers hear
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a small office setting
 </li>

 Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Manager, this position provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President-Supply Chain, Vice President-Manufacturing, Vice President-Logistics, Customer Service and Demand Planning, Vice President Advanced Engineering and Vice President Continuous Improvement. This position deals with a diverse group of important internal contacts in all levels of the organization, as well as external business associates, customers, vendors and visitors.  Scheduling and coordination of meetings, business conferences, programs, and Supply Chain executive team business travel

 Developing, compiling, and editing reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other desktop software
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving and processing invoices, tracking payments, and setting up new vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating Purchase Orders in Oracle for Supply Chain departments
 </li>
 <li>
 HR &amp; Talent support for the Supply Chain team, including scheduling travel, interview agendas, and onboarding agendas for new hires
 </li>
 <li>
 Assembling highly confidential and time-sensitive information for Executive Business Leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing, tracking, and distributing Supply Chain CIP&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 General support to Supply Chain Director-level positions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; position continually requires demonstrated poise and tact
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, or proofreading materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizational skills and project management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of office administrative procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 4-year college degree
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of related experience
 </li>
