</div><div><b>Salary &amp; Benefits: </b>Fixed Salary: &#8377;15,000/month + Fooding Allowance: &#8377;3,000/month + Fuel Allowance: &#8377;2,000/month

<b>Total CTC:</b> &#8377;20,000/month (after PF &amp; ESIC deductions)

</div></div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day project activities at the site</li>
<li>Manage workforce and ensure work quality as per project standards
</li><li>Coordinate with the project manager and site engineers
</li><li>Monitor material usage and ensure timely reporting</li>
<li>Ensure safety and compliance at the project site</li>
</ul><p><b>Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in site/project supervision (preferably construction/infrastructure)
</li><li>Ability to handle workforce and site activities independently
</li><li>Willingness to relocate within Odisha as per project needs
</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li>
