</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to handle both marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will promote our services, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth.
</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
</p><ul><li><b>Marketing:</b> Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms.
</li><li>Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, blogs, and website content.
</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
</li><li>Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
</li><li>Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
</li><li>Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
</li><li><b>Business Development:</b> Generate leads and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
</li><li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for meetings.
</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with growth objectives.
</li><li>Track and maintain client interactions and business opportunities in CRM systems.
</li><li>Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
</li><li>Support strategy development to expand client base and revenue.
</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b>
</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
</li><li>Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in IT/data consultancy.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
</li><li>Creative, self-motivated, and target-driven.</li>
</ul><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b>
</p><ul><li>Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.</li>
<li>Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
