Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources with excellent English & Hindi communication skills

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
• Coordinate training & development programs for employees
• Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Support workforce planning and manpower deployment
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance
• Ensure smooth HR operations across corporate and project sites
• Assist management with HR reporting and policy implementation
