Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunting Specialist (Non-IT – Healthcare)

Location: Indore

Job Description:

We are looking for a Core Recruitment / Headhunting Specialist to manage active sourcing and headhunting for non-IT healthcare positions. The role requires strong expertise in talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and quick closures for critical hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Headhunting Focus):

  • End-to-end core recruitment for non-IT healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, OT Technicians, Paramedical, Admin, Sales, Support Staff)
  • Headhunting & passive candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
  • Talent mapping and competitor benchmarking
  • Proactive calling, follow-ups, and candidate engagement
  • Resume screening, HR interviews, and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews with HODs & management
  • Offer negotiation, closure, and joining tracking
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring trackers
  • Ensure fast TAT and quality hiring

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in core recruitment & headhunting
  • Excellent sourcing and closing skills
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri search & Boolean strings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle bulk & critical hiring
  • Target-driven and closure-focused approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Healthcare / hospital recruitment experience preferred
  • Immediate or short-notice joiner
  • Strong calling background and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable with pressure hiring and deadlines

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
