Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunting Specialist (Non-IT &ndash; Healthcare)Location: Indore Experience: 2&ndash;4 Years Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / Non-ITJob Description:We are looking for a Core Recruitment / Headhunting Specialist to manage active sourcing and headhunting for non-IT healthcare positions. The role requires strong expertise in talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and quick closures for critical hospital requirements.Key Responsibilities (Headhunting Focus):<ul><li>End-to-end core recruitment for non-IT healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, OT Technicians, Paramedical, Admin, Sales, Support Staff)</li><li>Headhunting &amp; passive candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks</li><li>Talent mapping and competitor benchmarking</li><li>Proactive calling, follow-ups, and candidate engagement</li><li>Resume screening, HR interviews, and shortlisting</li><li>Coordinate interviews with HODs &amp; management</li><li>Offer negotiation, closure, and joining tracking</li><li>Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring trackers</li><li>Ensure fast TAT and quality hiring</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong experience in core recruitment &amp; headhunting</li><li>Excellent sourcing and closing skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with Naukri search &amp; Boolean strings</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to handle bulk &amp; critical hiring</li><li>Target-driven and closure-focused approach</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Healthcare / hospital recruitment experience preferred</li><li>Immediate or short-notice joiner</li><li>Strong calling background and ownership mindset</li><li>Comfortable with pressure hiring and deadlines</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Graduate / MBA HR preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
