Job Title: Nursing Staff (Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse / Nursing Assistant)Reports To: Nurse Supervisor / Head Nurse / Medical DirectorJob Summary:Nursing staff are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patient health, offering emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. They play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across various healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care</li><li>Monitor, assess, and document patient health conditions.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.</li><li>Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.</li><li>Support patients emotionally and communicate their concerns to physicians.</li><li>Clinical Duties</li><li>Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations or surgeries.</li><li>Operate medical equipment and ensure it is maintained.</li><li>Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication</li><li>Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Follow infection control and health &amp; safety protocols.</li><li>Adhere to ethical and professional standards.</li><li>Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bsc degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid nursing license (RN, LPN, etc.) as required by local/national regulations.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Prior clinical experience preferred (amount may vary by position level).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.</li><li>Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>May include shifts, weekends, and holiday work.</li><li>Requires standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
