We are looking for a warm, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Manage patient check-in/check-out process and guide them through registration.</li><li>Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using hospital software.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.</li><li>Handle OPD billing and panel billing accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Assist patients with payment queries and maintain proper billing records.</li><li>Maintain reception area cleanliness and uphold a welcoming environment.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols.</li><li>Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.</li></ul>Eye Hospital experience is must Graduation is must.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
