(Start date April 6, 2026)OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Caregivers will work in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, and private residences.Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li><li>Provide patient care by monitoring and observing changes in clients' conditions.</li><li>Support meal preparation and cooking to ensure proper nutrition for clients.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.</li><li>Assist with medication reminder.</li><li>Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.</li><li>Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with Alzheimer&rsquo;s or dementia.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of client information.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred.</li><li>Minimum high school diploma or GED certification.</li><li>Familiarity with first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.</li><li>Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.</li><li>Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary considerations for seniors or individuals with specific health conditions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.</li><li>A compassionate attitude towards providing care and support to individuals in need.</li><li>Understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean environment for client safety.
