Key Responsibilities:Procurement &amp; Sourcing:<ul><li>Source and procure raw materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other components required for production.</li><li>Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on production planning and inventory requirements.</li></ul>Vendor Management:<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, delivery, and responsiveness.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or defects.</li></ul>Inventory Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with the inventory and production teams to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.</li><li>Track and monitor open POs and ensure deliveries match the requirement.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, quotations, invoices, and contracts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Cost Optimization:<ul><li>Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination:<ul><li>Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless procurement and operations.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques</li><li>Understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems</li><li>Attention to detail and good analytical skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 8-10 yrs of experience in a manufacturing company handling purchase activities?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
