Maintenance Engineer

Looking for candidate with 5 yrs to 10 yrs experience in maintenance from manufacturing background with sound knowledge of electrical maintenance.

Mechanical and Electrical Break down of machines & equipments:

 Attend, Supervise and manage Mechanical and Electrical Break down of machines & equipments

 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/Electrical issues to determine appropriate repairs.

 Perform repairs and replace defective components on mechanical systems.

 Reduction in breakdown time & timely support to upkeep of machines & equipment

Schedule and Execution of Preventive Maintenance Activities:

 Preventive Maintenance of compressor, generator, Transformer, Stabilizer etc.

 Daily updating and monitoring of maintenance performance, Breakdown time, 5’s,suggestion, improvements etc.

 Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production

disruptions.

 Installation, commissioning and programming of VFD and its maintenance

 Periodic checking of earth pits

 Daily monitoring usage of energy in terms of Electrical Power consumption

Inspection and Safety Practices:

 Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

 Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

 Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs

 Identify new energy saving ideas and its implementation

 Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
