Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition* Collaborate with academic departments and administrative units to understand staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.* Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.* Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.* Facilitate the offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage employment contracts.2. Onboarding &amp; Induction* Manage the onboarding process for new staff, including orientation and induction sessions.* Maintain and update employee records (electronic and hard copy).* Set up help desks or support for new joiners to resolve HR-related queries.3. HR Administration &amp; Documentation* Maintain and update the HR policy manual, SOPs, employment agreements, and other HR documentation.* Ensure compliance with labor laws, university regulations, and statutory requirements.* Handle leaves, attendance, and other employee records.4. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement* Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; facilitate resolution.* Coordinate internal events, training programs, and engagement activities across departments.* Contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.5. Performance Management* Support the performance appraisal process (setting up review meetings, tracking feedback, and documentation).* Assist in designing or updating performance management systems, in collaboration with department heads.6. Compliance &amp; HR Reporting* Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., labor laws, university policies).* Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards (hiring metrics, attrition, headcount) for senior management.* Participate in policy review and propose improvements to HR processes as needed.7. HR Systems &amp; Tools* Use HR software / HRIS for maintaining employee data, recruitment tracking, performance, etc.* Help in implementing or upgrading HR processes / digital tools to improve efficiency.Education:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.* (Preferred) Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA (HR).Experience:* 2 plus years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational institution or a similar corporate setup.* Familiarity with recruitment, on boarding, and HR operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Sr. Manager - HR

1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Understand recruitment needs from academic heads, department heads, and senior leadership.</li><li>Draft, update, and publish job descriptions for faculty, administrative, and technical roles.</li><li>Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, university networks, referrals, and professional groups.</li><li>Maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.</li></ul>2. Screening &amp; Shortlisting<ul><li>Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.</li><li>Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, experience, and fit.</li><li>Schedule online or in-person interviews with department panels.</li><li>Coordinate demo lectures for faculty candidates (if applicable).</li></ul>3. Interview Coordination &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Prepare interview schedules and panels in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Share evaluation sheets and ensure proper feedback collection from interviewers.</li><li>Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.</li></ul>4. Offer Management<ul><li>Coordinate salary discussions in consultation with the HR Manager.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contract documents.</li><li>Ensure smooth negotiation and timely joining of selected candidates.</li></ul>5. Onboarding Support<ul><li>Hand over selected candidates to the HR operations team for on boarding.</li><li>Ensure required documents are collected before joining.</li><li>Support induction and introduction sessions for new hires.</li></ul>6. Recruitment Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain recruitment trackers (position status, candidate pipeline, turnaround time).</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly hiring reports to management.</li><li>Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.</li></ul>7. Employer Branding<ul><li>Represent the university at job fairs, educational events, and campus recruitment drives.</li><li>Assist in creating recruitment campaigns and social media hiring posts.</li><li>Promote DBS Global University as an employer of choice</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>MBA (HR) preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2 plus years of experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Experience hiring faculty, staff, or corporate professionals is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
