Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality &amp; Guest Services<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of guest houses, faculty residences, and visitor accommodations.</li><li>Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and service quality.</li><li>Manage hospitality arrangements for visiting faculty, dignitaries, parents, recruiters, and international guests.</li></ul>Food &amp; Beverage Management<ul><li>Supervise cafeteria, mess, and catering services for students, staff, and events.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to ensure food quality, hygiene, nutritional standards, and timely service.</li><li>Monitor compliance with FSSAI and university food safety norms.</li></ul>Event &amp; Conference Support<ul><li>Plan and manage hospitality for university events such as convocations, conferences, seminars, admissions drives, and cultural programs.</li><li>Coordinate logistics including catering, seating, guest handling, accommodation, and protocol arrangements.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Identify, appoint, and manage hospitality vendors and service providers.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effective services.</li><li>Handle billing, payments, and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff including housekeeping, catering, and support personnel.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure productivity and discipline.</li><li>Conduct regular training on service excellence, hygiene, and safety protocols.</li></ul>Budgeting &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.</li><li>Maintain records, MIS reports, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with university policies, health &amp; safety regulations, and statutory norms.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management (preferred)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5 plus years of relevant experience in hospitality management</li><li>Experience in educational institutions, universities, hotels, resorts, or large campuses preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership<ul><li>Provide vision and direction for curriculum, pedagogy, and program development across Law and Liberal Arts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Bar Council of India (BCI), UGC, and NAAC standards.</li><li>Lead syllabus design for BA-LLB, BBA-LLB, LLB, LLM, BA Liberal Arts, BSc Liberal Studies, and interdisciplinary programs.</li><li>Promote outcome-based education, experiential learning, and modern teaching methodologies.</li></ul>2. Faculty Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.</li><li>Facilitate faculty development programs, research support, and academic performance reviews.</li><li>Build an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative academic culture.</li></ul>3. Research &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Promote high-impact research, publications, and funded projects.</li><li>Establish research centers in emerging areas such as legal tech, public policy, social sciences, and humanities.</li><li>Foster interdisciplinary projects between law, liberal arts, business, and technology.</li></ul>4. Student Development &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Improve academic advising, mentoring, internships, legal clinics, moot courts, writing labs, and research mentorship.</li><li>Strengthen placement pathways for law firms, corporate houses, NGOs, think tanks, government bodies, and international organizations.</li><li>Design enrichment programs&mdash;guest lectures, workshops, global seminars, and study-abroad tie-ups.</li></ul>5. Industry &amp; Global Partnerships<ul><li>Build strong relations with law firms, judiciary, corporates, NGOs, think tanks, international universities, and professional bodies.</li><li>Develop internship pipelines, live projects, and international academic collaborations.</li><li>Represent the university in national and international forums.</li></ul>6. Administrative &amp; Operational Oversight<ul><li>Oversee academic planning, timetables, teaching loads, budgets, and policy implementation.</li><li>Ensure smooth operations of law clinics, liberal arts centers, student societies, and academic committees.</li><li>Lead accreditation and compliance documentation (BCI, UGC, NAAC).</li></ul>7. Strategic Planning<ul><li>Develop long-term growth strategies for both schools.</li><li>Introduce new programs based on market trends&mdash;Legal Tech, Cyber Law, Forensic Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Psychology, Digital Humanities, etc.</li><li>Lead branding, admissions outreach, and institutional visibility initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>PhD in Law / Liberal Arts / Social Sciences from a reputed university.</li><li>Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of academic experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Dean, Director, Professor, Head of Department).</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (BCI, UGC).</li><li>Proven record of research, publications, and academic administration.</li><li>Experience in industry partnerships, curriculum design, and faculty leadership.</li><li>Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
