If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love delivering outstanding customer service, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents!Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in person using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.</li><li>Confirm order details, provide accurate estimated pickup times, and answer any guest questions clearly and confidently.</li><li>Prepare and package orders efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring order accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary needs effectively.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all to-go transactions, including order details and payment processing through POS systems.</li><li>Support guest relations by providing friendly service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in restaurant reservation management, host/hostess roles, or food service is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly both over the phone and in person.</li><li>Basic math skills for processing payments accurately using POS systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy times.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.</li><li>Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.</li><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish)</li></ul>Join us as a To-Go Specialist and become an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences!
