Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in person using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Confirm order details, provide accurate estimated pickup times, and answer any guest questions clearly and confidently.
• Prepare and package orders efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring order accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary needs effectively.
• Maintain organized records of all to-go transactions, including order details and payment processing through POS systems.
• Support guest relations by providing friendly service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant reservation management, host/hostess roles, or food service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly both over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately using POS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy times.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
