TITLE: SPECIAL PROJECTS DATA ENTRYREPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ASSOCIATE DIRECTORJOB SUMMARY: This temporary, part-time position is designed to organize all DCWIB/DCWORKS programming and assist with effective implementation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties may include, but not be limited to:<ul><li>Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.</li><li>Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.</li><li>Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.</li><li>Search for and investigate information contained in files.</li><li>Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.</li><li>Provide occasional administrative support.</li><li>Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.</li><li>Review data for deficiencies or errors.</li><li>Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.</li></ul>WORK HOURSMeetings will be held between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday. Working hours will be agreed upon. This part-time position is in person and will cap at approximately 25 hours per week for 6 to 10 weeks.KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:Thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite including Word and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, Board Members, funders, government officials and the general public; ability (overall) to get along well with others good judgement, tact, initiative and resourcefulness. Previous management experience preferred.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Associates Degree</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li><li>QuickBooks Experience required</li><li>Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
