Job Summary We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Men&rsquo;s Designer to own and drive all men&rsquo;s product development across our in-house brand and private-label programs while supporting broader design and development needs as required. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused; you&rsquo;ll be responsible for taking product from concept through production while managing timelines, vendors, and customer relationships.Core ResponsibilitiesMen&rsquo;s Product Development (Brand &amp; Private Label)<ul><li>Own men&rsquo;s design and development from concept through final production</li><li>Design and develop seasonal collections for our brand</li><li>Lead all men&rsquo;s private-label development programs across multiple customers</li><li>Translate customer briefs into executable designs that meet cost, quality, and margin targets</li></ul>Design &amp; Technical Execution<ul><li>Create original designs, CADs, and line sheets</li><li>Build complete, production-ready tech packs independently</li><li>Specify fabrics, trims, washes, finishes, and construction details</li><li>Partner closely with fit, PD, and production to ensure accuracy and manufacturability</li></ul>Sample &amp; Timeline Management<ul><li>Own sample calendars and development timelines</li><li>Track multiple programs simultaneously without things slipping</li><li>Review samples, lead fittings, and provide clear, actionable comments</li><li>Flag risks early and propose solutions</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Factory Collaboration<ul><li>Communicate directly with domestic and overseas factories</li><li>Lead vendor meetings and development calls</li><li>Ensure designs are executed to spec while balancing cost and feasibility</li><li>Support fabric sourcing and mill development as needed</li></ul>Customer Collaboration (Private Label)<ul><li>Work directly with private-label customers on design development</li><li>Present CADs, revisions, and concepts clearly and professionally</li><li>Incorporate customer feedback while protecting timelines and margins</li><li>Act as a trusted design partner</li></ul>ERP &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Enter and maintain style-level data in our ERP system (styles, colors, fabrics, BOMs, etc.)</li><li>Ensure design and development data is accurate, complete, and production-ready</li><li>Partner with Production and Operations to maintain clean handoffs between design and execution</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Merchandising, Production, Sales, and Operations</li><li>Support costing, margin reviews, and line planning</li><li>Ensure alignment between design intent and business goals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of men&rsquo;s apparel design experience</li><li>Strong background in denim and/or woven bottoms preferred (knits a plus)</li><li>Proven experience running private-label programs</li><li>Expert-level ability to create tech packs from scratch</li><li>Strong CAD skills (Adobe Illustrator required)</li><li>Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and materials</li><li>Experience working directly with overseas factories and vendors</li><li>Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight</li></ul>Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
