<div><div><b>SOCIAL MEDIA + MARKETING INTERN - JOB DESCRIPTION</b><br>
ddm is seeking a creative, outgoing, and motivated Social Media + Marketing Intern to support our internal marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling within a collaborative agency environment.<br>

The intern will work closely with our internal Marketing Project Manager to execute marketing tasks and initiatives that promote ddm&rsquo;s brand, culture, and expertise. This position also collaborates with our Content Specialist, who will review and approve all content before publication.<br>
<br>
<b>YOUR PRIMARY FUNCTION:</b><br>
Support ddm&rsquo;s internal marketing efforts by assisting with content creation, social media execution, and brand storytelling.<br>

<div></div><div><b>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO SUPPORT YOUR ROLE:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms</li>
<li>Capture and develop internal video and photo content, including staff highlights and behind-the-scenes moments</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers to create visual content aligned with ddm brand standards</li>
<li>Write engaging social media captions, blogs, and internal marketing copy</li>
<li>Conduct research to support content ideas, campaigns, and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager to complete assigned tasks and projects</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards</li>
<li>Revise content based on feedback from the Content Specialist</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR CONSIDERATION:</b></div>
<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience or familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of content creation, branding, and storytelling</li>
<li>Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with team members for content creation</li>
<li>Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and written content</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, takes initiative, and works well independently and collaboratively</li>
<li>Interested in marketing trends, social media strategy, and agency culture</li>
