Responsibilities<ul><li>Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment.</li><li>Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.</li><li>Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.</li><li>Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female need to apply</li><li>2+ years of experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruiting or onboarding.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software, labour laws, and compliance standards.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>A degree/ diploma in Human Resources or a related field.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Wayanad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Wayanad, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
