Sales Executive

We are seeking Sales Executives for an interior products showroom drives sales by engaging showroom visitors, understanding their design needs, demonstrating products (like furniture, lighting, decor), preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also seeking B2B opportunities and maintaining product displays, all to meet sales targets and uphold brand image. Key skills include deep product knowledge, negotiation, communication, and relationship building, ideally with experience in home interiors.

De Interluxe is an interior design and luxury home decor business located in Kalamassery, Kochi, India, offering a curated selection of furniture, décor, and wall finishes like UV printed PVC sheets and cork wallpaper to transform interior spaces. They operate an interior design emporium, provide online shopping services, and are known for their focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, with an active presence on offline and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on interior products.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all showroom items, features, and benefits.
  • Sales Process: Demonstrate products, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • B2B Development: Identify and develop corporate or institutional clients for larger projects.
  • Showroom Management: Keep displays attractive, organized, and stocked, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Coordination: Work with design/installation teams for smooth project execution.
  • Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and report on market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven sales background, preferably in furniture, home decor, or interior design.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, products, and trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, detail-focused, and a team player.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
