Accounts Manager

1. Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across branches.
• Oversee loan accounting, EMIs, NPA classification, provisioning and reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash-flow statements.
• Monitor interest income accounting, overdue calculations, and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate GL posting for loan disbursements, repayments, and collections.

2. NBFC Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure adherence to RBI NBFC Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, KYC, AML/CFT guidelines.
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation required for NBFCs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns (NBS-1, NBS-2, NBS-3, NBS-4, NBS-7, etc.) on time.
• Ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other financial laws.

3. Audit, Control & Risk Management

• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors and compliance teams.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, risk mitigation and policy adherence.
• Monitor branch-level accounting performance and rectify discrepancies.
• Ensure proper verification of loan files, KYC, and customer documents.

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise accounts executives and branch accountants.
• Provide training on NBFC accounting processes and compliance requirements.
• Review branch-level accounting reports and ensure data accuracy.

5. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5–10 years’ experience in accounting, with minimum 2–3 years in NBFC/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of NBFC accounting, loan processing, NPA norms, and RBI guidelines.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, supervisory, and communication skills.

6. Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-branch NBFC operations.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and risk assessment.
• Ability to meet strict timelines for reporting and compliance.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
