1. Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Financial Operations<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations across branches.</li><li>Oversee loan accounting, EMIs, NPA classification, provisioning and reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, P&amp;L statements, and cash-flow statements.</li><li>Monitor interest income accounting, overdue calculations, and adjustments.</li><li>Ensure accurate GL posting for loan disbursements, repayments, and collections.</li></ul>2. NBFC Compliance &amp; Regulatory Requirements<ul><li>Ensure adherence to RBI NBFC Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, KYC, AML/CFT guidelines.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation required for NBFCs.</li><li>Prepare and submit regulatory returns (NBS-1, NBS-2, NBS-3, NBS-4, NBS-7, etc.) on time.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other financial laws.</li></ul>3. Audit, Control &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors and compliance teams.</li><li>Strengthen internal financial controls, risk mitigation and policy adherence.</li><li>Monitor branch-level accounting performance and rectify discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure proper verification of loan files, KYC, and customer documents.</li></ul>4. Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise accounts executives and branch accountants.</li><li>Provide training on NBFC accounting processes and compliance requirements.</li><li>Review branch-level accounting reports and ensure data accuracy.</li></ul>5. Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>5&ndash;10 years&rsquo; experience in accounting, with minimum 2&ndash;3 years in NBFC/financial services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NBFC accounting, loan processing, NPA norms, and RBI guidelines.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, supervisory, and communication skills.</li></ul>6. Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in multi-branch NBFC operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial controls and risk assessment.</li><li>Ability to meet strict timelines for reporting and compliance.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
