Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)</p>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Microbiology or related field (no lab experience required); or Associate&rsquo;s degree in Microbiology or related field w/minimum 1 year lab experience and/or training; or High school (GED) w/minimum 5yrs lab experience and/or training with emphasis on Microbiology.</b></div>
<p><b>
Job Duties:</b></p>
<p>
Perform necessary functions, including testing and analysis of results at various stages to ensure and maintain high quality and sterility of materials and products
</p><div>Perform Bioburden Analysis, Bioburden Recovery testing and setting Plate Enumeration.</div><br>
<div>
</div><div>Perform Microbial Characterization by evaluation of test cultures.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Perform packaging testing.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Monitor and control accelerated aging projects.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Monitor and control Inventory of consumable stock for all lab areas.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Perform other specialized test processes associated with the Microbiology Laboratory.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Assist with Biological Indicator Sterility testing.</div><br>
<div>
</div><div>Maintain adequate stock of biological/reagent supplies used in Microbiology laboratory processes.</div><br>

<div>
Update and maintain required records and files in a timely manner.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Perform facility cleaning and/or sanitation, as required.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Participate in Quality Improvement Committee meetings.</div><br>
<div>
</div><div>Perform calibration and routine maintenance of lab equipment.</div><br>
