<p>Directly supervise hourly employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p>
<p>Work with freight carriers to ensure proper loading and shipments</p>
<p>Coordinate the warehouse activities of the pulling of finished goods.</p>
<p>Work with Quality Control department to resolve and prevent quality issues.</p>
<p>Interpret job orders to workers and assign duties; establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.</p>
<p>Oversee employees to ensure the correct operation of equipment and machines; coordinate employees to maintain the most effective workflow.</p>
<p>Must have ability to operate Ten-key, fax machine, office copier and computer. general knowledge of JDE, Microsoft Office and computer based shipping/receiving experience required. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds and educational levels required.</p><br>

Global medical device manufacturer, DeRoyal, is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator &amp; Contract Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Powell, Tennessee. This role plays a critical part in supporting our National Accounts team by managing bids, contracts, pricing, and analytics across all divisions of the company.</p>

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has strong analytical and organizational skills.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Process bids, quotes, proposals, renewals, and new contract awards for all company divisions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage awarded contracts in internal systems, including initial setup, item additions, expirations, extensions, and updates</li></ul>
<ul><li>Directly support the National Accounts team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze, calculate, research, and audit domestic sales data for GPOs, individual accounts, and hospital networks</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and distribute contract sales reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain GPO membership updates</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage contract pricing and bid databases</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate pricing and contract updates</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor pending proposals and contract expirations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain confidentiality of pricing data</li></ul>

Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent education required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in bids, quotes, proposals, or contract management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>
