Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our dental practice. We are offering 40% pay on your collection with a $1000 daily minimum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatric dentistry preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.</li><li>Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes.</li><li>Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide empathetic care.
