General Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our dental practice. We are offering 40% pay on your collection with a $1000 daily minimum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.

Experience

• Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatric dentistry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes.
• Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
