Decoding IT Solution

<ul><li>Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.</li><li>Support Windows OS (7/10/11), Microsoft Office, and commonly used business applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of client systems.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as necessary.</li><li>Maintain incident and request tickets in the ITSM system.</li><li>Assist in setting up new workstations and deploying devices for new joiners.</li><li>Follow IT policies and procedures, including asset and inventory management.</li><li>Support video conferencing, network connectivity, and remote desktop tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Technical Support Engineer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and manage accounts payable/receivable.</li><li>Handle vendor and client billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.</li><li>Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes.</li><li>Generate MIS reports and assist management in financial planning and budgeting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related queries.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
