Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Develops and manages key accounts in the assigned geographical area, with the objective of meeting and exceeding sales and collection targets.Generates new product ideas for both volume and niche markets, special requirements, tender items, etc.Monitors market activities including product pricing for the wholesale sector, promotions, packaging, product introduction, special offers, trade deals, and any new entrants to the market.Liaises with merchandisers for feedback to ensure all products are available at all times.Ensures customers needs are handled effectively within a reasonable time.Qualifications<ul><li>Male</li><li>3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution set-up/FMCG</li><li>Degree in Sales or Marketing</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)</li><li>With excellent selling and negotiation skills</li><li>Reliable and result-oriented</li><li>Optimistic and resilient</li><li>Self-motivated and organized</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:&middot; Male; 35 to 45 years old&middot; Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Polymer)Diploma in Plastic&middot; At least 5 years in handling product development and research and development, quality assurance in the plastic/ polymer and aluminium industry an added advantage&middot; Experienced in product development, product re-engineering, and innovation&middot; Technically sound, creative, innovative, methodical, efficient, and accurate&middot; Experienced in setting up plant, project analysis and implementation&middot; With composite knowledge that can come handy when preparing feasibility data.&middot; With sound knowledge on international requirements and standards in the field of FMCG productsJob Description / Responsibilities&middot; To be the driving force in the development of new products, ranges, adding to existing ranges by extending the number of SKUs, and instrumental in automation or labor saving techniques.&middot; To ensure proper market information is received from the local sales and export department so that we can ensure any new product/ range developed is competitive from the start.&middot; To ensure to liaise with all departments to ensure feasibilities are positive and all preparations either on the approval in the factory or procurement wise of packaging are arranged in time. All POs to be raised after strong negotiation with best terms included.&middot; Ensure equipment on commissioning performs against expectations. If not, need to correct or get compensation on performance levels.&middot; To conceptualize/ envision new designs/ materials and changes to current product standards to meet changing market needs.&middot; To design major components or major portions of a functional system to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.&middot; To work with a cross functional team to develop new products and/or improve existing/ current products.&middot; To verify machine performance against machine producer&rsquo;s standards and product performance through analysis and testing, identify product non-conformances, design errors, omissions, and other deficiencies, and implements revisions and/or improvements.&middot; To bring down the cost of production through the replacement of existing technology where necessary and prove more efficient, faster, and cost effective, scrap saving (where generated). Moulds should also be configured for maximum number of cycles/ strokes per minute for excellent product performance in terms of mechanical properties and minimum wastage and maximum strength.Job Type: Full-time

Product Development Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:Institute Corporate Governance practices at Group Level.To provide independent and consulting activity designed to add value and improve organization's operations.To help the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effective governance processes.To ensure reliability and accuracy of the audit processes, to report the compliance to all policies and procedures including delegation of authority, periodic reporting of misappropriation and/or misuse of funds and assets, i.e. any fraudulent risk/activities whether at group, subsidiary or associate level.Perform regular verifications of system process and other required documents to ensure approved procedures are followed and adhere Management to determine where to focus based on the internal audit efforts.Develop an annual audit plan to cover all activities of the Group holding company and all its Subsidiary and Associate Companies.Submit reports to Managing Director on the system weaknesses and corrective measures.Qualifications:MaleBachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Auditing from reputed UniversityMinimum of 1-2 years audit experience or Fresh Graduate is also welcome to applyInternal audit experience in Manufacturing organization (added advantage)Communication skills included report writing and presentationAbility to identify systems/controlsSound Knowledge in factory efficiency and performance measuresCertification of IT competency (added advantage)Work Timing: Saturdays until Wednesday 8am-5pm and Thursdays is 8am-1:30pmJob Type: Full-time
