We need a driven closer on the front line - someone who shows up to seller appointments, builds trust fast, and leaves with a signed contract. The more deals you close, the faster we grow, and the more opportunity opens up for you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive pre-screened, warm seller leads from our inbound team</li><li>Conduct in-person property appointments across the St. Louis metro</li><li>Walk and assess property condition - document findings with photos and notes</li><li>Underwrite deals on-site within 30 minutes using our process (training provided)</li><li>Coordinate with our team in real time to confirm offer price</li><li>Present offers to homeowners, handle objections, and close on the spot</li><li>Secure signed purchase agreements - that is the standard</li><li>Log updates in our CRM after every appointment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Based in the St. Louis metro area - in-person role, no exceptions</li><li>Reliable vehicle and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>2+ years in sales, closing, or a high-touch client-facing role</li><li>Construction or renovation knowledge is a strong advantage</li><li>Real estate, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience preferred but not required</li><li>Comfortable with numbers and quick on your feet</li><li>CRM proficiency or willingness to learn</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe&rsquo;re not hiring a resume - we&rsquo;re hiring someone who performs.
